Like a blues on the keys, warm and heavy, and old
Your gaze is a fragrance that floats through the night
Every hour with you is a swing, soft and light
You’re my jazz, my sunrise, my tender, sweet shade
With you, even midnight turns bright, unafraid
Let the sax softly whisper, let shadows unfold
With you by my side, the whole world’s just one chord
You bring me the fire, like light through the blind
And I know my true journey is yours, intertwined
